Life Skills Development in Youth

Life Skills Academy was founded with a simple but powerful vision to equip children and young people with practical everyday life skills that will help them grow into confident, responsible, and capable adults. In many communities across South Africa, countless children grow up without access to guidance, mentorship, or opportunities to learn important life skills that are often taken for granted.

Many families face daily challenges, including unemployment, poverty, single-parent households, and the heartbreaking reality of orphaned children who lack consistent support and encouragement. Not every child has someone at home to teach them practical skills, confidence, communication, problem-solving, or self-development. Schools often focus mainly on academics, leaving very little room for essential hands-on life preparation.

Life Skills Academy exists to bridge that gap.
