Help Us Bring Hope to Families in Lime Acres

The Lime Acres community is facing an unexpected humanitarian challenge after many employees of Finsch Diamond Mine (Pty) Ltd, currently in Business Rescue, are left without employment.

For many hardworking families, this has resulted in empty cupboards, financial uncertainty, and the difficult reality of not knowing how they will provide food for their children. These are people who have always worked hard to support their families and are often too proud to ask for help.

As a community, we believe that no family should face hunger alone.

Standing Together – Feed a Family in Need is a community initiative established to provide emergency food hampers to families in Lime Acres who have been affected by this crisis.

Each food hamper costs approximately R500 and contains essential grocery items such as maize meal, rice, cooking oil, sugar, pasta, canned food, tea or coffee, soup, and other basic household necessities.<...
