Raising Funds for Lisa's Disease Treatment

My name is Lisa from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I have created this page to assist me in getting the proper treatment for Lupus Disease, as well as an anxiety disorder, which I have recently been diagnosed with. I am needed as a wife, as well as a mother of four amazing children which i have not been able to give them the attention they need, as my priority was providing financially at the detriment of my health.

Unfortunately, I had got to the point of complete burn out in order to realize I needed help. The last 3 years have been extremely challenging as I was incorrectly medicated, and diagnosed, which effected my family, my health, and the side effects of the wrong medication.

Finally, I was booked into a clinic in early August 2023, in search of the root cause of my underlying issue, I went through excruciating tests in 1 week. Eventually confirmed I had Lupus Disease (SLE), as well as an anxiety disorder. My GP had been treating the symptoms for over a year, unaware to us both, it was Lupus Disease.
