Elmé is a brave, beautiful 7-year-old whose life changed suddenly when she lost the hearing in her right ear. Unexpectedly and almost overnight. 

While hearing loss in one ear may sound small, the impact on Elmé is anything but. Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at just 2 years old, she is incredibly high-functioning, full of light, fun and determination — but balance has always been one of her greatest challenges. Losing hearing in one ear has deeply affected her stability, her confidence, and her independence.

And yet — she still sings.
She still plays her guitar.
She still tries.
She still smiles.

Music is not just something Elmé loves — it’s how she expresses herself, how she feels safe, how she builds courage, and how she connects to the world and something she excels at. She loves to dance and sing, and was even in the FRONT of the stage in her school concert!
