UPDATE AS OF 1 MARCH 2024 -
I need urgent help with a 24 Hour deadline with my boy. The medical equipment needed to perform this surgery is imported at an enormous cost and is not covered by his medical aid. I have tried everything in my power but I will lose access to this equipment by Tuesday morning. Could I ask for any assistance whatsoever as I have honestly drained all and any resources and I'm scared to death of losing the ability to help my boy.

Miguel has been for the first surgery of its kind on a boy of his age in the country. A bilateral anterior limb of internal capsule lesioning. It is with a VERY heavy heart that i can confirm that it was unsuccessful. Little Miggz had his skull drilled on both sides and I have no idea how this little boy survived this. He is an absolute warrior.
