My mother is an absolute gem of a human being.
My mom's lifelong passion is tennis and she has dedicated so much of her free time to voluntarily serve on tennis committees, as chairperson of her club, and other initiatives to develop the sport in all aspects.
She has been selected to represent South Africa at the ITF World Team Championships in Turkey on 9 - 15 March 2024 and will be captaining the 75+ Women's side, for which I can not be prouder.
Unfortunately there are no funds allocated to tennis players who represent South Africa in the Masters Category. I would love to raise the funds to send her to her dream destination and Bucket List item. The money raised will cover flights, travel, accommodation, spending money and to pay for her kit (all Masters have to buy their own uniforms).
To be able to send her on this incredible journey would bring as much joy to her as I have being her son.
