Makayla & Mushka Equestrian 2024

Makayla has been riding since she was 6 years old.
She started doing SANESA Interschools in 2022 when she started on Level 0.
She went to Nationals in 2022 for Equitation and 2 x Show Jumping representing Gauteng.
In 2023 she went all the way to Nationals again for Equitation & 2 Show jumping classes Level 1.
She also got Mushka in January 2023 and trained her the whole of 2023 so they could start their partnership this year. They have an extremely strong bond and Mushka is Makayla’s whole world and they are going to go very far together. They have lessons every day except for Friday and Sunday.
This year they are doing the normal SANESA interschools.
They are competing in Prix Caprilli Level 1, Equitation Level 3, & 2 x Show jumping classes at Level 2.
They also started doing Eventing this year and have placed very well this year including a 1st place. In eventing they do Dressage, Show Jumping and then the Cross Country.
Makayla & Mushka will be representing Gauteng in the SA Youth Championship in June in Durban for Eventing as well.
