I hope this letter finds you in a good health I am mapule nkadimeng and and a mother of two sons and a daughter of a loving mother 

When I lost my leg diabetes in 2022 I my whole world came crushing down I haven't been able to get back to work as a result of my disability as a breadwinner of my house hold I have not been able to provide my oldest son is in university the youngest in primary school maintaining my mothers health relying on public health 

I sincerely ask for the donation to help fund my needs of prosthetic leg I have tried the public health secter route but they barely follow through and never provide updates I would appreciate any amount as it would be a great help to me and my family.
