Background 

Since January 2026, Marcell has been battling persistent and worsening symptoms. After months of treating only the surface issues, a CT scan on April 7th finally revealed the underlying cause: a large anterior mediastinal mass (approximately 7 x 14 cm)

The Current Medical Situation

The mass is complex, encasing the aorta and compressing major veins—a condition known as Superior Vena Cava (SVC) Syndrome. However, we have taken a major step forward: the biopsy has been completed.

Preliminary findings suggest a Thymoma (subtype B2), though specialized immunohistochemical stains are currently being processed to rule out Lymphoma and confirm the final diagnosis. This confirmation is the "key" that will unlock the specific treatment plan Marcell needs.
