Dear friends, family, and kind supporters,
I am reaching out with a humble and hopeful heart to ask for your support as I face one of the most difficult challenges of my life: cancer treatment.
My journey has not been an easy one. In 2022 my left kidney was removed due to cancer and for two years I was cancer free without any other treatment required. During a routine follow-up in July 2024 unfortunately the BIG C reared its head again. This time however as well as being in my bladder, it was also found in my lung and a few lymph nodes. Since then I have had endless rounds of chemotherapy and immunotherapy, which was working very successfully. January 2026 came and we heard such good news that I was clear, nothing could be found of the BIG C. Unfortunately, this good news only lasted till March 2026. New sites were found in my lung and other lymph nodes in my lower back, and they were not just sitting there, they were and are still causing so much pain.
