Marinus, our local hero, needs your help!
Marinus was born on the 18th of April 2003 and during his life, he has gone through so many challenges. Just to mention a few, he suffered a stroke at 3 months of age, which left him with cerebral palsy.
Everybody will affirm that if Mariens knows you, he will be your biggest and loudest supporter next to the field. Despite not being able to play himself, his big rugby heart could not let his eagerness and excitement die.
In 2018, he underwent an operation to enable him to use his right hand. Unfortunately, our expectancy was higher than the results. His health slowly degraded, and in 2022 he was diagnosed with epilepsy, and numerous tests have been conducted since then.
