Help Mark Recover

My name is Milly Briggs, from Middelburg Mpumalanga and we are raising funds for our Nephew’s Medical Treatments.

 

26 year old Mark Nel, MarQkie as we all know him, was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident on the 27th January 2024. For the past 2 years Mark was part of the H2A programme, Working in the US on several farms for months and returned in December 2023 to South Africa.

 

Mark matriculated from Hoërskool Middelburg and was raised by his Grandparents after his mother’s passing at a young age. Mark was very fortunate as no other injuries were obtained during the accident. The Neurosurgeons has how ever confirmed that the possibility of full recovery is limited but possible and that rehabilitation and Step-Down facility will be needed.

 

We don't know the extent of his head injuries and what would be affected in the long run. For the past 4 weeks Mark had been treated at the Witbank Provincial Hospital. If we can provide for Mark to be able to be transferred to...
