Support a Young Chef's International Educational Journey
I've been accepted into the world's first university dedicated entirely to gastronomic sciences in Italy. I'll be pursuing a Bachelor's in Food Technology for Ecological Transition, building on my culinary school foundation. To help cover travel and living expenses and make the most of my time abroad, I'll be selling baked goods made with passion and care in the interim. As well as selling at markets, I'll also be accepting donations here from everyone who is extra invested in my story. All proceeds will go towards making my Italian adventure a success.
