A Miracle for Mergan

Dear reader, this is a heart-felt and sincere appeal for financial support made by the Govender Family on behalf of our dear Son, Brother, Husband and Father, Mergan Govender. Our plea is in an effort to obtain support for much needed cancer treatment (specifically Proton Beam Therapy).

The last 4 years have been the most difficult and trying time for us all. In an effort to get Mergan the treatment that he do desperately needs we are appealing to everyone (friends, family, communities and organizations), to kindly offer their financial assistance to give Mergan a second chance and lease on life.

Mergan, who is only 49 years old, was confronted with the shattering news of his diagnosis (Stage 4 Colo-Rectal Cancer) in 2019, a mere two (2) years after his father had succumbed to the same dreaded disease.
