This is Michelle's story
Michelle Gregorowski is a 42 year old working mom of 2 boys. She has been through a very difficult time in the last few years. She is someone that is always willing to give.. eventhough she does not have much herself.
She has been through hell and back trying to get back on her feet after an extremely emotionally abusive marriage. In the process she had to give up her house and home of 8 years and started a new job in the passed 3 months.
The stress of keeping everything afloat has taken its toll and on the 6th of August 2024 she collapsed at work and had a stroke.
She was rushed to the nearest hospital (Olivedale) by her boss. The decision had to be made to give her immediate medical attention otherwise she would not have made it. The docters gave her the needed medication to dissolve the blood clots that caused the stroke.
Unfortunately she does not have a medical scheme in place and the decision was made to move her to Helen Joseph hospital Roodepoort.
