My name is Jeffrey Naidoo (59), and together with my wife Cookie (52), I co-founded the Greater Love Foundation. We live in Centurion and serve food to over 4,000 people across Gauteng every week — thanks to a network of churches, community leaders, volunteers, donors, and businesses who share our heart for compassion.

This journey began during the COVID-19 lockdown. On Mandela Day, while handing out food in Muldersdrift, a woman collapsed. She hadn’t eaten in three days. Days later, while serving soup in Danville, we ran out of food as more people arrived — children walked away hungry. That night, Cookie and I sat in silence. We were troubled, and something had changed within us. We knew we had to do more. Greater Love was born.
