This August, our team of four face HYROX Cape Town 2026, carrying more than just the weight of the race.
We shoulder her story that is too often unheard. We move for the woman whose voice has been silenced, whose safety has been seized, and whose healing deserves support.
Every step, every repetition, and every moment of this race is for her.
All funds raised will go to the Jes Foord Foundation, helping provide critical care, resources, and a path toward healing for survivors of sexual assault.
