My degree is complete please help me receive it

Hi there, my name is Nontsikelelo, and I am a proud graduate from the Central University of Technology. 

I never imagined that after working so hard to complete my studies, I would be faced with a challenge like this.

I recently graduated cum laude, an achievement that reflects years of dedication, sacrifice, and a deep passion for technology. During my studies, I was honored to receive a Dean’s Merit award, which motivated me even more to push forward and build a future in the IT field. For two years, I was supported by a bursary, and I trusted that my tuition was being taken care of so I could focus fully on my academics.

However, after graduating, I was devastated to learn that my tuition had not been paid by the bursary as expected. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received any assistance or clarity. I now find myself with an outstanding student debt that is preventing me from receiving my official certificate.
