Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,
My wife, Carol De Swardt (63), urgently needs a kidney transplant in Cape Town.
For the past six years, Carol has bravely battled kidney disease. She has endured ongoing dialysis, constant hospital visits, and the physical and emotional toll that comes with kidney failure. Along the way, she even survived cardiac arrest. Yet through every setback, she has continued to fight with remarkable strength and courage.
In an incredible act of love, our son has stepped forward to donate his kidney to save his mother’s life. We are deeply grateful for this blessing.
