Nala's - Leg Surgery

Hey everyone,

We came across this beautiful girl outside of Dunoon and we just knew we had to help her. As soon as she was put into my car I could see it in her gentle eyes that she felt safe despite the amount of pain she was in. She just wanted to be held and loved.

We took her to the vet and unfortunately the news wasn’t what we had hoped for. Nala (this is what we are calling her for now) has a broken femur in her back, right leg. It’s broken in three places. She has to go for an operation where they will place a plate in her leg to join the bone again. The estimated quote we received today was between 25-30k

This afternoon we took her through to Vetscape in Paarl and they were absolutely amazing and so caring. They will be doing Nala's operation either tomorrow or Wednesday. We need some help with this vet bill and we are reaching out to our friends and family as well as anyone else who would like to donate towards her op.

There’s something special about Nala, I can feel it and see it in her eyes.

Once she has come out of surgery and...
