Nine years ago, I heard the words that change everything: *you have cancer*.

I fought with everything in me. Through the fear, the pain, the uncertainty, I chose to rise. I endured treatment, held onto hope, and eventually reached remission. For nearly a decade, I rebuilt my life, carried my scars with strength, and became a voice of encouragement for others facing the same battle. I believed that chapter was behind me.

But life has brought me back here again.

Today, I am facing a second diagnosis *Invasive Pleomorphic Lobular Carcinoma*, The latest bone scan has confirmed that the cancer has spread extensively to the bones, including the spine, pelvis, skull, lower back hip, leg and neck. Whilst the breast has 3 masses. This explains the significant pain being experienced, particularly around the hip and lower back and leg. My medical team is now focusing on treatment aimed at managing the bone involvement, controlling pain, and supporting overall quality of life. My oncologist is recommending a treatment plan for 2 years because of how far the cancer has spread...
