POTCHEFSTROOM – NG Welfare Potchefstroom has, for many years, played a critical role in child protection and family care in Potchefstroom. The office’s dedicated team continuously provides services to approximately 174 families and 4000 individuals annually.

These services, which include child protection, crisis intervention, and family support, are often the only safety net for children and families in need. Increasing economic pressure is raising the needs of beneficiaries, while also placing strain on the sustainability of service delivery, on which hundreds of children currently rely for their basic livelihood and safety.
