Arthur is a very active and amazing young man. Never stops to help anyone and always does everything with the most enthusiasm and dedication.
On Friday, 01.09.2023, it was spring day for all around and it was no different for him, I (his mother) went to work, and his sister went to school and he stayed home. He decided to help out around the house as I, whom is a single mom, works and also travels a distance does not always get around to everything. Arthur decided to start off with washing some dishes. The glass he was busy washing shattered in his hand, cutting right through to the bone, tendons were severed completely.
Upon receiving the horrendous call I had to rush from Randburg to Roodepoort to get him to the doctors. Unfortunately, the injury was so severe that the doctor told me to get him to the emergency room immediately. At the emergency room he was stabilized and admitted to hospital for tendon repair surgery, the next morning (Saturday, 02.09.2023).
