Please help me with my fees

I am a second year student at Nelson Mandela University. I was supposed to be funded this year by my nsfas application was never approved or rejected. I have tried to call them numerous times about my application but they would only tell me that they are waiting for my marks from the school and when I contact the school about it they tell me that they are waiting for nsfas. With having this debt I can't view or even get my academic record to help me in applying for other bursaries. I can't make ends meet and with having a single mother is also hard. She is trying but she can't do it all alone. If I don't get to clear the debt this year then I won't be able to register for the 2024 academic year. I plead with you to please help a student in need out.
