Outstanding fees

I am writing to ask for any financial help.

My name is Ntsoaki Flora Mphalali, a graduate of North-West University. I studied bachelor of Education in Sesotho. It came to my attention that I owe the university R170 000 of outstanding fees but I was using NSFAs as a bursary. The Nsfas did not pay my final year including the rent of the residence I was living in which was called Faranani NWU Residence. The institution gave me monthly allowances of R1500 for 11 months in hope that NSFAs will pay them back, unfortunately it did not. This month I received an email from the North West University that they will take me to their attorney's and that It is my responsibility to pay the outstanding fees if NSFAs does not pay them back. I graduated this year 31st May 2023 but did not receive my degree certificate, the university kept it for safekeeping and ensured that I will get it when the outstanding fees are settled.
