A cure for Olive

Our brave, beautiful little Olive is nine years old. She has Diamond Blackfan Anaemia (DBA), a rare genetic bone marrow failure syndrome. She is kept alive by blood transfusions every three weeks and daily medications. She is frequently hospitalised, as her body cannot fight even minor infections.

In April, Olive will undergo a stem-cell transplant in the Netherlands: the chance for a longer, healthier life. We have been carried by the support of others throughout Olive’s story. The cost i...
