My name is Elanza Jordaan. I am 26 years old, an elite Boccia athlete, and I live with Cerebral Palsy (Spastic Quadriplegia). I compete in the BC3 category, where I play using a ramp and work closely with a certified Ramp Operator.

I was introduced to Boccia in 2014 while I was still in school, and it has since became my sport and passion. 

Boccia is a precision Paralympic sport designed for athletes with severe physical disabilities. It requires strategy, technical skill, and intense focus. I have proudly represented South Africa nationally and internationally, with achievements including:

• Multiple Gold Medals at SASAPD and Toyota National Championships (2015–2025)
• Silver Medal at the 2018 CPISRA International Competition in Barcelona
• Double Gold at the 2022 and 2023 Africa Regional Championships
• Qualified for the 2022 Rio World Championships
• Competed at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games
