Operations for better quality of life

I am reaching out with a humble and heartfelt request for help. My husband is facing serious health challenges and we urgently need support to fund several critical operations, including (both) knee replacements, tophi removal, fluid draining  and specialized wound care for the gout ulcers which could significantly improve his quality of life for the time he has left.

These surgeries are not a cure but will enable him to move more easily, regain some independence and hopefully alleviate the constant pain he endures every day. It will hopefully also prevent gangrene and more amputations caused by decreased blood flow in his fingers and toes. While we cannot predict the exact costs due to potential complications, we estimate the necessary funds to be around R625,000.. Unfortunately, there is no surgery that can stop the tophi from forming around his organs and we know that this disease will eventually cause organ failure. However, for now, anything that can ease his pain and give him more time is incredibly valuable to us.
