Outstanding Fees for Master’s Registration

My name is Simangaliso Sithole, writing to humbly request financial assistance to help clear an outstanding balance on my university account at the University of Cape Town, where I am completing my Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law. This outstanding balance has resulted in a financial block that currently prevents me from registering for the final year of my degree and submitting my mini dissertation, the sole remaining requirement for graduation. Without financial support to resolve this block, I am unable to proceed, and years of committed academic work stand at risk of going unrealised.

The urgency of this request cannot be overstated. All coursework has been completed. I am literally one submission away from obtaining my qualification.
