Please let me kindly introduce myself,
My name is Paul Sampson.
I am a 24-years old Professional Surfer from Muizenberg, South Africa. I started surfing at the young age of 6. I have progressed through all levels of this wonderful sport. From the Grom Games for young surfers starting out in this sport to the professional tour in Africa under the banner of the International World Surf League.
The World Surf League consists of three levels of events. The regional Qualifying Series (QS), the Challenger Series (CS) and the jewel in the crown, the Championship Tour (CT). The undisputed World Professional Surfing Champion is from this 32-man field.
Due to my recent win at the Cape Town Pro (QS) in Cape Town and my result in Port Elizebeth, I have ended Joint first on the Africa Tour. I am only one of only five male surfers from all over Africa to make the second level of the WSL Challenger Series.
Only 96 surfers globally will get this opportunity to progress into this level. This is a lifetime opportunity for me to show my surfing talent to the rest of the worl...
