Pearle Jenneker

Hello, I’m Pearle Jenneker and I am part of the office team at 9Miles Project… and on 2 May, I’ll be trading in my spreadsheets for a surfboard as I take on the 100Wave Challenge.

For the past five years, 9Miles has been more than a workplace to me, it’s been a second home. I’ve walked alongside our kids through their highs and lows, celebrating breakthroughs, navigating challenges and witnessing moments that stay with you forever. I’ve been a friend, sometimes the disciplinarian, a teacher and a mentor… but most of all, someone who deeply believes in our young people. 

This year, I won’t just be cheering from the sidelines, I’ll be out there with them, wave after wave.

Because behind the scenes, it’s been 100 miles, 100 smiles and hugs, and yes… about 100 errands a day 😅. But every single moment has been worth it for the safe space we’ve built together, a space where young people are supported and given the opportunity to dream beyond their circumstances.
