Loot Vogel, my 2 son's father has been diagnosed with Cancer - Rectum Carcinoma (ICD10 code C20) and Metastatic Adenocarcinoma or Malignant neoplasm of the penis (ICD10 code C60.9).
Chemotherapy and radiation treatment has been done from January 2022, and still receiving chemo till date and will continue to July 2023. Operation to be planned after chemo by doctor. Doctors say the Jemperli teatment is not available in South Africa and extremely expensive. Medical aid will also not cover this treatment – done overseas.
This is available in many other countries, example: United States of America.The success rate after 18 x case studies completed in the USA is 100%. The cost of this treatment is aproximately R1.7 million, and he also needs funds for flights to and from USA. He does have family in the USA, so accommodation is free. Thereafter, after treatment is necessary.
