Please help Nic get to U18 FINA Waterpolo World Champs in Argentina

Hi,

My name is Nic Fall, I’m currently in my Gr 12 year at SACS High School. 

I’ve been invited to attend the 6-8 Final Showcase in California in the 1st week of June in the hopes of receiving a US scholarship to study and play waterpolo abroad.  This tour is self funded and will cost my parents nothing under R80 000.  I attended the same Showcase last year and came 2nd overall out of top 40 Waterpolo players around the world.  Unfortunately I was only 17 so not eligible for any offer due to NCAA rules, but the experience was invaluable.

This year my goal is to come first and be awarded MVP and receive an offer from an NCAA Division 1 Waterpolo College in California. 

My dilemma is that I’ve also been selected to play for the SA Men’s U18 Waterpolo team at the FINA World Champs in Argentina the 1st week of July and unfortunately this is also self funded. This tour has been estimated at R82 000 by Swim South Africa and that’s excluding the 3 national training camps. 

Financially my parents cannot afford both tours, hence...
