My name is Nigel Chiraq a gender non-binary individual who is a refugee living in South Africa. I and my friends who are refugee transwomen are looking for funds to open a Transgender owned Salon. We have been surviving through sex work until we met an organisation called The Fruit Basket. This organisation enrolled us into a skills development programme for makeup, nail tech, hairdressing and Barber. We have been given starter kits, we are already operating from home. All we need is your help to make our dream come true. We hope to spread awareness and visibility of trans divers individuals through our dream Salon.
