About This Campaign
Hi folks, my name is Vivienne Artingstall. I am a 68 year old female who has been diagnosed with COPD and am oxygen dependent 24/7. I am fortunate to have a home based oxygen machine which uses electricity. This machine costs R2000 in electricity every month which is my entire government pension. Blessed to say the least to have it however costly. My portable oxygen machine has packed up and is irrepairable. This machine runs on rechargeable batteries and is crucial for me to continue to receive oxygen when load shedding happens. It also allows me some freedom to get to the hospital once a month as well as to perhaps visit a friend or go anywhere in fact. I cannot afford to replace my portable maching which is crucial.
