Good day 

I am a very outgoing person that loves to help those in need. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2002. At times we managed to get my sugar levels under control until recently. In May 2024 i was admitted to hospital with a sugar reading of 50.2 and nearly ended up in a coma.

We managed to get it under control but shortly after this it started to affect my vision where blood started to seep trough the pupil.

My husband used to work in Mongolia so we had medical aid up until Aug 2024 when he got and end of contract letter with the promise that they will call him back by mid Oct 2024 but this never happened we have applied everywhere but he has not managed to get another job yet. We have been battling to pay the monthly premium just to ensure I can get treatment for the eyes as I require monthly injections.

On top of this I have recently been diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy which causes mis forming of feet, impaired balance and no feeling in my feet. I was also told that I have heart failure as the one side is not pumping enough blood...
