The Dream
Ever since our Dad told Dirk his stories of competing at the IPSC World Championships, Dirk has dreamed of following in his footsteps and competing at the highest level. What he's learned is that dreams do come true, but only if you put in the work. For the past three years, Dirk has poured his heart, soul, and every spare hour into his true passion: Precision Rifle Shooting. Today, that dedication has officially paid off.
Dirk has been selected to represent South Africa at the prestigious PRS Finale in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA, in November 2026. Earned through consistent top-10 finishes in the SAPRF National Series, and off the back of also being selected as reserve for the SA Open Team heading to the World Championships in Texas.
