Rare Medical Condition

My story about my Medical condition is rare for a South African i was diagnosed with Kleintfelters Syndrome (KS) in 2023 i was confused what this condition was about, but with the help of my Dr i was helped with more information about this. As a 27 year old i am am in need of special care with these certain medication and procedures due to not having the funds to pay for dental braces and approved medical testosterone( Nebido ) that cost me the amount of R2800 per every 3rd month and my medical dental braces the amount of R38 000 with my dental condition my teeth starting to grow inwards and outwards that cause a lot of pain with the teeth size and my roots starts to grow into my jaw that can cause infection and a lot of complications. With the amount the fees will be directly be paid into my orthodontic dr’s account to proceed with this procedure.
