CAUSE FOR RAYNIQUE

My family and I live in a little village called Suurbraak which is just outside of Swellendam in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. We have three beautiful children, two of whom are very healthy. Our baby, Raynique who is 5 months old was born with numerous health problems. These have resulted in her having to spend the first few months of her life in hospital. Her specialist doctors have outlined her condition below. Our personal circumstances are challenging and we are desperate to provide medical support for Raynique once she is able to come home. We would like to appeal for your kind financial donation toward setting up our home with the equipment she will need to help her be comfortable and to improve her quality of life.
