Help Us Save Our Loyal German Shepherd After a Devastating Accident

At the end of May 2025, part of our home was destroyed in a fire — most of the damage was to our lapa, kitchen, and bathroom. Since the 1st of August, we’ve been working hard to rebuild and recover from the loss.

Sadly, tragedy struck again. While the builders were working, they accidentally left our gate open, and our beloved German Shepherd ran into the road, where he was hit by a car. He suffered severe injuries — his lung is damaged, his jaw is broken, his hip is dislocated, and there may be internal bleeding.

He urgently needs medical treatment to survive. We’ve already paid a R20,000 deposit to the veterinary hospital, but the total cost of his care is far more than we can manage alone, especially after the recent fire and ongoing rebuilding costs.

Our dog is more than a pet — he’s part of our family and has been our comfort through the hardest times. We’re asking for any contribution, big or small, to help us cover his medical expenses and give him a chance to recove...
