For more than 22 years, I have dedicated my life to high performance.

As a professional rugby coach with Leopards Rugby Union, I've always believed that leadership begins with example. Every day I ask athletes to pursue excellence, embrace discipline and commit to continuous growth. I believe those same standards should apply to me.

For the past decade, hybrid fitness has become my personal arena to live out those values. Before sunrise and after long days on the training field, I've committed myself to becoming stronger, faster and more resilient—not only as an athlete, but as a husband, father, coach and leader.

That commitment has led to one of the greatest honours of my sporting journey.

I have qualified for the Deadly Dozen World Championships in London as one of only seven South Africans to earn a place in the Masters Solo (40–45) division.
