Hello to each and everyone taking the time out to read about our journey……………..
Ronnie is my life partner for the last couple of years and when we met the hernia was not such that it was a health concern at the time. Ronnie is a diesel mechanic and his work needs him to be medically fit to get up and under trucks and trailers for repairs. This has been his passion for 20 plus years.
A little over 18months ago he had a fall off a truck which he was working on and that started a far bigger problem because his hernia tore much further and he needed to start wearing a hernia belt which helped tremendously for awhile.
The last few months the hernia tear has become rapidly bigger causing severe discomfort as a very large portion of his intestine is pushing through and causing pressure on his bladder and also lately has started causing circulation problems in his legs.
Currently he is unable to work because he is not medically fit to work on heavy mechanery or trucks. Any further injury can be life threatening. Bending and stretching to work and also lifting...
