Last year, as I stepped into 40, I found myself asking a deeper question:
What does it mean to live with purpose, not just in words, but in action?

It was in that moment that I could no longer ignore the reality of period poverty, the quiet barrier that continues to keep too many girls out of school, out of sport, and disconnected from their full potential.

What began a year ago as a soul-led mission to restore dignity, amplify menstrual health education, and reconnect young girls to the sacred power of their bodies and the earth, has now come full circle.

Through curated waterfall hikes across Mpumalanga, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo and Uganda, we have brought communities together not just to walk, but to give, to learn, and to restore dignity.

In Uganda, we engaged over 600+ girls through workshops and distributed 300+ reusable menstrual products.
In South Africa, our initial goal was to impact 80 girls and we have far surpassed that:
