Dear family and friends,
As you may or may not know, Roxy has been chosen to be part of the WUKF South African team that was chosen from competitors who qualified via a national selection process. The team will be travelling to Malmo, Sweden in July 2025 to participate in the 13th WUKF World Championship in both kata and kumite. She started as a white belt only 6 years ago and has worked extremely hard and in November she graded to a junior black belt. Through the fantastic coaching she receives from her Sensei's to her sheer love of karate she thrives and never misses a lesson.
Dedication at this level is key and Roxy has worked extremely hard to get to this point and will continue to do so in order to perform at her best in Sweden. She is very excited for the experience to compete against many other countries from around the world.
The impact of the funds raised here would be vital as the trip is completely self-funded and it will be a dream come true for Roxy to travel overseas representing WUKF So...
