We are a team of 6 dedicated young ladies and 1 passionate coach, proudly representing South Africa as the Senior Rhythmic Gymnastics Group 🇿🇦✨

At the end of April, we had the incredible honour of competing at the 2026 Rhythmic Gymnastics African Championships in Tshwane, and we are so proud to share that we brought home 3 silver medals for South Africa. 🥈

These medals are more than just an achievement. It represents years of early mornings, late nights, sacrifices, and an unbreakable bond as a team. It’s proof that dreams built on hard work and resilience really can come true.

In August, we will take the next big step in our journey as we head to Germany to compete at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships - standing among the best gymnasts in the world, carrying our country’s flag with pride.
