Run For A Roof 2025

It’s that time of year again – Comrades 2025 is fast approaching!

Those who’ve followed me over the past few years will know I’ve been raising funds for Run for a Roof – a project to restore a building in Pietermaritzburg to be used as a shelter for the homeless.

Thanks to the PMB Homeless Network, dedicated volunteers, generous donations, and incredible community spirit, the restoration is nearly complete. I’m so grateful to everyone who’s followed my journey, liked, shared, and donated. Your support has meant the world.

In 2025, I’ll be raising funds for a feeding scheme at the shelter. We all understand the comfort of a warm meal – especially during the cold winter months. The scheme is still small, but at around R30 per meal, we hope to provide 2,000 meals to those in need.<...
