Running for Autism Zimbabwe

Every child deserves the opportunity to be understood, supported, and given the tools they need to thrive. For many families in Zimbabwe, accessing autism assessments and therapy services is often difficult due to limited availability and high costs.

We are a group of passionate runners using the power of sport to create awareness and raise funds for autistic children and their families. Through our participation in the Comrades Marathon and other running events, we are turning every kilometre into hope for children on the autism spectrum.

Our goal is to raise US$5,000 (approximately R82,000) to assist at least 200 children with autism assessments and their first therapy sessions. Early assessment and intervention can make a life-changing difference in a child's development, communication, learning, and overall quality of life.
