Rylee Rogers’ journey in water polo is one built on dedication, discipline, and an unwavering love for the game.
Since the age of 11, Rylee has committed herself to the sport, consistently competing at the highest provincial level and earning gold medals year after year. Her work ethic and passion quickly set her apart, earning her a place in the Steyn City First Team from as early as Grade 8 — where she has gone on to play an incredible 150 first team matches.
Today, Rylee proudly captains her side, leading by example both in and out of the pool. Across those 150 games, she has scored more than 300 goals — a testament not only to her talent, but to her consistency and determination.
Her achievements have already reached international level. Rylee represented South Africa at the Under-17 level in Zimbabwe where she was leading goalscorer for the tournament, and now, she has been invited to take the next big step: joining the South African Under-18 team to compete in Tenerife, Spain.
