SA Bokkies Tour

In Ermelo, South Africa, 12-year-old Divan Venter has always loved rugby. Inspired by his family, he trained hard with his father, balancing school and sports. His talent and determination stood out.

Divan's big goal was to join the U/13 Bokkies Tour in Namibia. He was chosen during the Bokkies Tour in Kroonstad, after tough trials against other top young players. His hard work paid off, making his family and community very proud.

Divan, a student at JJ Primary School, now needs R25,000 to cover the costs of the tour. The support from his community has been amazing, with fundraisers and lots of encouragement. In Namibia, Divan will face strong opponents and learn valuable lessons about teamwork and resilience. He will make new friends and experience different cultures, deepening his love for the game.

The following funds are needed by certain dates: 

5 July 2024 : First R4 000 must be paid.

29 July 2024 : Another R10 000 must be paid.

30 August 2024 : Another R8 850 must be paid.
