I am a registered Biokinetics and have recently assessed the above-mentioned patient at my practice.
During my assessment, I noted significant and progressive weakness and muscle wasting affecting the patient's right upper limb and shoulder girdle. Clinical findings include marked atrophy of multiple muscle groups, including the trapezius, posterior deltoid and biceps, as well as scapular winging, shoulder drooping and noticeable muscle atrophy around the scapula.
